We presented to shareholders today at our General Meeting, and we wanted to share the key points directly with you.

Aureka is moving from explorer to producer. The transaction putting High Grade Holdings' Fiddlers Creek mine and Wedderburn mill into Aureka remains subject to conditions, including the shareholder approval being sought at this meeting, and there's no certainty it will complete. If it does, we'll own an operating underground gold mine already in production since July 2025, feeding a permitted processing mill on freehold land, both debt free.

Fiddlers Creek produced 416 oz of gold at an average head grade of 7 g/t in FY26, with positive monthly free cash flow since the second quarter of 2026, according to HGH's unaudited management accounts. We want to be clear this is historical operating data from the ramp-up period, not a production target or forecast, and we haven't independently verified it beyond reviewing it against available records.

Beyond the mine itself, we see near-term growth from drilling now underway at Fiddlers Creek and from Comstock, where a production licence application is in progress. Longer term, our Irvine Gold Project carries an inferred resource of 398koz at 2.59 g/t gold, alongside exploration targets that are conceptual only, meaning there isn't yet enough drilling to classify them as a resource, and there's no certainty further work will change that.

Across the portfolio we hold 454,800 ounces of inferred JORC resources, sit at roughly $30 million market capitalisation, and carry net cash with no debt.

This week we presented at the Australian Microcap Investment Conference in Melbourne, setting out where Aureka stands as we move from explorer to producer.

The headline is simple: we now have an operating mine and mill. Fiddlers Creek has been producing underground since July 2025, feeding our 100%-owned Wedderburn Mill, with FY26 production of 416 oz at an average head grade of 7 g/t and positive monthly free cash flow since the second quarter of 2026. This data comes from HGH's unaudited management accounts, reviewed by us during due diligence, and it describes past performance only, not a forecast.

Alongside production, we're drilling near mine at Fiddlers Creek and have lodged a production licence application at Comstock, both low-capex paths to near-term growth. Longer term, our Irvine Gold Project carries an Inferred Resource of 398koz at 2.59 g/t gold plus Exploration Targets of up to 665koz, in a corridor we see as one of Victoria's largest gold systems. These exploration targets are conceptual: there isn't yet enough drilling to classify them as a Mineral Resource, and there's no certainty further work will get them there.

Our balance sheet is debt-free, with around $7 million cash and a market capitalisation of roughly $30 million. The Wedderburn Mill and Fiddlers Creek acquisition remains subject to shareholder approval at our General Meeting on 23 October 2026, and completion is not yet certain.

If you have questions about any of this, we'd encourage you to use the question box on this page.

We're setting out to become Victoria's next high-grade gold producer, and today we're sharing the details behind that plan.

We've agreed to acquire High-Grade Holdings, the parent company of Core Prospecting, which operates the producing Fiddlers Creek underground gold and silver mine and the fully permitted Wedderburn Mill. This takes Aureka from an explorer with a growing resource base to a company that owns both a producing mine and the mill that processes its ore, cutting out third-party toll processing costs and giving us more control over our own timeline.

Fiddlers Creek has been in production since July 2025, with average head grade mined and milled of 7g/t and 416oz (13kg) of gold recovered over FY26. HGH's unaudited management accounts show positive monthly free cash flow since the December quarter of 2026. We want to be clear that this is historical operating data only, it's unaudited, and it isn't a production forecast or guidance.

Alongside this, our existing projects keep progressing: Irvine holds a 398koz JORC Inferred Resource with further exploration targets, and Comstock has a 56koz Inferred Resource with a production licence application in progress. These exploration targets remain conceptual, and there's no certainty further work will convert them to a resource.

The acquisition is being funded through a placement, vendor scrip and a share purchase plan, all at 12 cents per share. It remains subject to conditions, including shareholder approval at an EGM in around 30 days, and there's no certainty it will complete.

Today's webinar walked shareholders through our pathway to production at Comstock, our St Arnaud gold and silver project, and how it fits alongside our flagship Irvine Gold Project.

Comstock is centred on the Walkers pit, a previously mined site with existing road and ramp access, last used for production in the 1990s. Because it sits on already disturbed ground, the capital needed is modest and mostly relates to site set-up rather than earthworks. We've applied for a small mining licence (a Prospecting Licence) covering under 5 hectares with a life of up to 7 years, and a decision is expected within 12 months. Infill drilling has recently intersected visible gold in the Walkers Zone.

Processing will be handled offsite through our tolling partnership with the Wedderburn Mill, 45km from Comstock, on a cost-plus fee basis. This keeps Comstock's footprint and capital needs low while giving us a fast route to first production.

Across both projects we now report a combined 454,800 ounces of JORC Inferred Resource: 398,300 ounces at Irvine and 56,500 ounces at Comstock, alongside Exploration Targets that remain conceptual in nature. There is currently insufficient exploration to classify these targets as a Mineral Resource, and no certainty that further work will convert them into one.

The idea is that free cash flow from an early Comstock start-up helps fund and de-risk the larger, longer-term opportunity at Irvine. We hold no debt, had $2.3 million cash at bank as at 30 June 2026, and continue our diamond drilling programme, with a Comstock JORC update targeted for Q4 2026 and licence approval targeted for the first half of 2027.
