Appointment of Company Secretary

Aureka Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Amy Monteith as Company Secretary, bringing over 20 years of experience in corporate governance and support roles. Amy specializes in managing regulatory requirements for ASX-Listed, Public, and Not-For-Profit companies. Mathew Watkins has stepped down, and the Board thanks him for his service. Amy will handle communications with ASX per the Listing Rule 12.6.
