Director James Gurry acquired 207,143 fully paid ordinary shares and Director Angela Lorrigan acquired 107,143 fully paid ordinary shares on 3rd March 2026. Director Richard Taylor acquired 42,857 fully paid ordinary shares on the same date. These changes were approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26th February 2026.
