Managing Director transition to Employment Contract

Aureka Limited (ASX: AKA) has recently transitioned Managing Director James Gurry from a consultancy arrangement to an employment contract. There is no material change to Mr. Gurry's base remuneration, but the change solely pertains to the form of engagement. The material terms of his employment, including a base salary of $285,000 per annum, STI, LTI, and other benefits, are outlined in Annexure A, which can be viewed on our website.
