Aureka Limited has issued 2,520,000 unquoted securities under an employee incentive scheme, set to expire on various dates. These securities are subject to a restriction on transfer and will not be quoted on ASX until the restriction concludes. The securities have been issued to key management personnel and associates, each receiving 840,000 securities.

These Zero Exercise Price Options (ZEPO's) were approved by shareholders at the AGM on November 25, 2025, with various vesting conditions. Following this issue, our total issued securities now include 132,092,039 quoted securities and 12,776,594 unquoted securities in various classes.
