Application for quotation of securities - AKA

Aureka Limited has issued 23,615,385 fully paid ordinary securities with the code AKA on June 16, 2025. This issuance is part of a previously announced transaction detailed in an Appendix 3B. The securities were issued both for cash consideration at AUD 0.13 per security and as shares to unrelated company creditors for liabilities payment.
