Proposed issue of securities - AKA

Aureka Limited has announced a proposed issue of securities, with a maximum of 23,615,385 ordinary fully paid securities to be issued on 13/6/2025. The securities will be issued in an existing class, with an offer price of AUD 0.13000 per security. Additionally, 538,462 securities will be issued to unrelated Company creditors as payment for liabilities, with an equivalent consideration of AUD 70,000. These securities will also rank equally with existing issued securities in that class.
