Notification regarding unquoted securities - AKA

In our latest announcement on February 28, 2025, AUREKA LIMITED issued 321,429 unquoted equity securities under an employee incentive scheme. These securities are subject to a restriction on transfer and are not quoted on ASX until the restriction ends. This issuance includes options expiring on various dates with an exercise price of $nil. The securities will rank equally with existing issued securities in that class.

Additionally, these securities were issued to our Key Management Personnel, Graeme Hunt, in line with our ongoing incentive programs. Following this issuance, the total number of unquoted securities on issue will be 1,021,429.
