Change of Auditor

Aureka Limited (ASX: AKA) has appointed William Buck Audit (Vic) Pty Ltd as its new auditor, following the resignation of RSM Australian Partners. The decision was made after a thorough audit tender process and consideration of the company's size and operations. William Buck will serve until the next Annual General Meeting for formal approval by shareholders. The Board thanks RSM for their past services.
