This notice is to provide an update to shareholders that at the creditors meeting held on 26 September 2023, creditors resolved that the Companies, excluding Navarre Minerals Queensland, were to execute a deed of company arrangement (DOCA). This DOCA was executed on 18 October 2023. We note that under the DOCA, the assets of the Companies are to be sold to enable a distribution to creditors with the intention of enabling the ASX-listed entity, Navarre Minerals Limited, to remain a publicly traded company. Separately, we note that Navarre Minerals Queensland, which remains subject to the appointment of the Receivers and Managers, McGrathNicol, was placed in liquidation at a creditors meeting held on 25 August 2023.
